There is a gas oven in the kitchen which is run from large bottled gas. The cabin is unoccupied at present as the owner needed to move closer to family .Not including the veranda and carport the cabin is approx 4.5 mtrs wide and 14 mtrs long (14 ft w. by 40 ft long).The cabin is in situated in a caravan park and cannot be sold to person/s wishing to live there, as the park does not intend to allow any more permanent residents.
